In the interest of keeping my NaBloPoMo streak unbroken, here you go. It's Friday night, I have a business meeting tomorrow morning, and a checklist full of prep work to complete before Thursday.
Side note...does anyone have any experience cooking a 30 POUND TURKEY? I didn't even know they could grow that large. I'm worried we'll all be chock full of steroids by the end of Thanksgiving weekend.
